Pennypincher's has the distinct privilege to be part of the unique design and drafting family.  Each of our buildings starts with a timeless and unique design.  Next comes your dreams and needs for your own personalized building kit.  Then those two elements are combined and our extremely talented staff gets to work drafting your high quality building plans. 

Each design starts with the spark of an idea and a simple sketch.
 

The structural design standard for our buildings is high and in most cases will meet or exceed the requirements for your building.  If you live in an area with extreme weather like high wind load, high snow load, fire rated material requirements and seismic then Pennypincher's can upgrade your design to meet the needs of your site.  Very few kit companies can offer extreme weather design as affordably as Pennypincher's can.  If your plans need a structural engineer's wet stamp we have a pool of qualified, licensed engineers who work with us to ensure that you plans are stamped to comply with your counties standards.  

Then each design is drafted to our exacting standards by our talented staff using the latest AutoCad technology.

The taletns of our designer are limitless and he has lots of ideas and sometimes those designs go straight from sketch to a 3D Rendering.
